FlashCut Oscillating Knife System for Digital Die-less Cutting
The FlashCut Knife Cutting System is the ideal solution for gasket prototypes, as well as small and medium production runs for a wide variety of materials. The oscillating knife has precise control, high-speed cutting (80 mts/min), and punching speeds (220/minute).
The FlashCut system’s overall versatility makes it the perfect solution for numerous applications.
Eastman Static Table Cutting System
Eastman’s Static Table System is capable of cutting virtually any flexible material at speeds of up to 60 inches per second. The static cutting table utilizes a rotary knife and has proven to be the go-to resource for materials like cotton, nylon, and vinyl, as well as difficult-to-cut materials such as polystrand and fiberglass-polyester blends.
The static table system can handle material up to 72” in width and unlimited length sheets or rolls to meet the demands for prototypes, one-offs, and full-production runs. This computer-controlled system features zoning capabilities to enable cutting in one area while the operator is simultaneously picking parts in another, maximizing daily production capacity.
Die-less Multicam CNC Router
Our Multicam CNC 3000 Series Router is effective for cutting firm foam, composite materials, plastics, wood, and other dense materials. The router has consistently high accuracy with each cut with repeatability of .005”. The Multicam CNC router system is ideal for the high-volume, smoothness of cut, and quality required in plastic fabrication. The router is also capable of meeting the needs of custom aerospace and metal parts requiring high tolerances.
